Annual Spring Conference and Vendor Fair April 25th, 2024
To Industry Representatives:
MINNIVAN, Minnesota association of Vascular Access Network, would like to invite you to participate in our 19th annual Spring Conference Vendor Fair Thursday, April 25th from 11:00 to 12:30. (setup as early as 0730 but anytime before 11:00)

We have a great lineup of speakers this year and expect to see the conference well attended. Those Vendors who are sponsoring speakers will become an Elite sponsor and receive free advertising for our event, enjoy complimentary prime vendor space at our Vendor Exhibit and have access to attend the speaker sessions.
If you want to help sponsor our conference but are not sponsoring a speaker, you can also earn elite status and prime vendor space through sponsorship of the continental breakfast or buffet lunch that will be provided. The sponsor of our breakfast or lunch will also be given prime complimentary display space in the exhibit hall (described below) and gain access to attend all the educational sessions. Recognition for your company’s sponsorship of our event will be advertised as previously described and will also be posted on the buffet table. Please let us know if you are interested in being an elite vendor by sponsoring the continental breakfast or lunch buffet. We will start advertising the conference in late February and want to make sure all our elite sponsors are listed on our advertising materials. To sponsor either one of the meals, please reach out to us by emailing the Minnivan Board at info.minnivan@gmail.com or gbaldwin@mcimedical.net at one of the below email addresses.
Meal sponsor cost: $750
If you would like to participate in the Vendor Exhibit, you can purchase a vendor table to promote your products or services. The Vendor Exhibit will be from 11:00am – 12:30 pm on Thursday, April 25th. You can set up as early as 7:30 am if you would like, but the Exhibit will not be opened until 11:00am. As we have in the past and to promote attendees to wander through the vendor exhibit and ensure that you receive plenty of visitors to your product displays, we will be providing each attendee with a “Bingo” card. We ask that as the attendees visit your table to view your product displays, you stamp their Bingo card. (We will provide you with the stamp). The attendees will be able to turn their completed Bingo card in for raffle prizes that will be drawn at the end of the conference. The vendor Bingo has proven to be a great success over the last few years and we’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our vendors who attended and from our attendees.
The Vendor Exhibit fee is $500.00 (same as last year – No inflation!). You will be provided with one 6ft long table which will be spaced to allow for floor signage and any equipment you may have. Please register for a vendor table and your vendor attendance tickets by April 15th at: Minnivan.wildapricot.org under the ‘Vendor Fair’ event
